Arms Workout without any Equipment!

Namaste!

You'd probably wondered whether or not there is any arms workout that required no equipment and moreover is easy to do.

Fortunately, there is one exercise like the earlier explanation which is working as me myself have practiced. It is called "flying arms workout" and here is how you do it:

1. First, straighten your arms down around your hips.

2. And then pull them up to your shoulders using the upper arms muscle. Feel the burn and the weight of your arms.

3. Repeat the movement continuously and there you go, a flying arms workout. Do this for 5-10 minutes every day to get the result.

This routine will give us a stronger and toned arms. It ain't no more flabby arms as the extra!
